About me
I am a German lawyer und have been living in Australia since 2001. In 2003 I received the permit to retain the German citizenship. Since then I possess the so called “dual citizenship” and offer support for the preparation of the application to retain the German citizenship (see “advice”).
I am registered as a Foreign (German) Lawyer at the Law Society of New South Walesa as well as a Rechtsanwalt at the Bar Association of Berlin in Germany.
I studied Law and Sports Science in Cologne, Germany as well as Finance in Sydney, Australia. From 1997 to 2009 I worked in international development projects as a legal consultant for health financing reform programs funded by the World Bank, EU and other international donors. Since 2001 I have my own legal practice. I received the permit to retain the German citizenship and was granted Australian citizenship in 2003. Since then I have provided advice in citizenship law for the German community in Australia (see “advice”).
I enjoy almost any kind of water sport, in particular ocean swimming.
